Synthesis of 10gm of API using a viable route, which is suitable for further development.
- Complexity:
The client didn’t have a Tech-Pack. An initial literature review identified the usage of reagents such as like Pyridine, POCl3 and Grignard reagent at higher volumes.
- Quality & Yield:
Stringent specification as the requirement was Food grade material (more than 99% purity)
- Accomplishment:
Identified a route using commercial RMs, verified by our IP department, and made the initial sample.
Shilpa delivered 15gm of final API with all the requisite specification.
