    Handling of Viscous reaction mass and acidic effluent. Had to address the issues related to unreacted components.

  • Quality & Yield:

    Selective nitration and limitation of Isomer formation with more than 98% pure material.

  • Accomplishment:

    Shilpa explored various permutations and combinations to determine a size that is thermodynamically stable and yields the correct isomer.


 

Shilpa demonstrated the process, transferred the Tech pack for continuous nitration. Currently working on commercial scale production protocol.
